Our regular order turnaround time is typically 2-4 weeks unless other wise noted. If you need an order sooner than this, please let us know before placing your order, using the contact us page in the menu, so we can let you know if this can be done. Extra charges for rush orders may apply.

Most, if not all of the photos of our items are watermarked. This is to protect our designs as well as our product images from being stolen. Watermarks will NOT be printed on any physical products. 

For personalized orders, please double check all spelling of names, all grammar in phrases and all pictures to add to products are correct before placing your order. We cannot correct errors that are not our own after the order has been placed and we have started making it.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us. We will do what we can to make it right and correct any of our errors. 

There are no returns. Refunds will be given in cases where there was a mistake on our end, if the product is sent back to us. 

Products purchased from the "Bloopers" section have a flaw that is noted and has a discounted price that reflects that. Please read the description and look at the pictures for each item in the collection before purchasing.
